Did you know:  your health is your greatest asset?  Think of your body like a car.  Just like a car needs good gas to run properly, your body needs nutrient-dense food to fuel itself.  When you add nutrient-dense food to your diet, you’re giving your body the energy it needs to function at its best.

However, when you put in food that has less nutrient value; it is like putting low-quality gas in your car.  Your body will not run as efficiently and you may not feel as good as you could.
